Instructions for orals and posters

Instructions for oral presentations:

 Oral presentations will last 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions, and 25 + 5 for invited speakers. The preferred language for presentations is English, with the exception of doctoral students who may choose to present their work in French if they wish, but will in any case use English for their presentations. A PC equipped with the main software packages will be made available to presenters. Those wishing to connect their own laptops will need to provide the appropriate connectors (HDMI projector).

Instructions for poster presentations:

 Grids will be available for A0 posters. Posters can remain on display for the entire duration of the JNTE. Here again, we encourage presenters to use English for their posters.
